摘　　要：目的:总结肺叶切除术后急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)早期诊断与治疗经验。方法:收集1999年12月～2010年6月,我院开胸术后发生ARDS的28例患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:死亡5例,其中早期诊断、早期治疗死亡率低(1/18),P<0.01。结论:早期诊断及早采用机械通气,控制感染,纠正休克,积极治疗合并症、并发症,维护主要脏器功能是防治普胸术后ARDS的关键。Objective： Summarize Common chest postoperative acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） early diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods： Form December 1999 to June 2010, Collect ARDS 28 patients chest postoperatively in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Altogether 5 cases died, Among them early diagnosis and early treatment had low morta/ity （I/18）, P〈O.01. Conclusion： Early diagnosis and early mechanical ventilation, infection control, correct shock treatment to the complication, maintain major organ function is the key to prevent ARDS.
