摘　　要：从临床研究和实验研究两方面对近5年来中医药治疗干眼的研究进展进行了综述。临床研究包括治法研究(滋补肝肾法、润肝明目法、疏肝养阴法、养血润目法、活血健脾法、润燥明目法、补益气血法、益气滋阴润目法)、辨证论治、专方验方治疗、中成药治疗、针灸治疗、中药喷雾、熏蒸和推拿治疗等;体内整体实验和体外细胞实验研究表明,中药黄酮类物质如密蒙花总黄酮等对实验性去势干眼症有较好疗效。To summarize study development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on dry eyes from clinical and experimental research in five years. Clinieal research includes therapy research including method of tonifying liver and kidney, nourishing liver and brightening eyes, soothing liver and nourishing yin, nourishing blood and eyes, activating blood and tonifying spleen, moisturizing dryness and brightening eyes, tonifying blood and qi, replenishing qi and nourishing yin and eyes , treatment with syndrome differentiation, proved recipe, Chinese patent drug, acupuncture and moxibustion, spray and steaming of Chinese medicine and massage. In vivo research and vitro cell research showed that Chinese drug flavonoid such as buddleja offcinalis flavone has better effects for dry eyes with experimental castration.
