范冠杰教授运用纯中药治疗糖调节受损及新诊断2型糖尿病病例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨范冠杰教授的临证思辨方法及用药规律,为中医药临床治疗糖尿病提供思路和方法。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,收集范冠杰教授门诊的纯中药治疗有效的糖调节受损及新诊断2型糖尿病患者临床诊治资料。结果:范冠杰教授运用"动-定序贯"的辨治方案有效改善患者临床症状,使糖调节受损人群向健康人群回归,使新诊断的2型糖尿病患者停用口服降糖药,甚至逆转,值得进一步系统研究。Objective ： To investigate the clinical differentiation methods and drug laws of Professor FAN Guanjie and to provide ideas and methods for Chinese medicine to treat diabetes. Methods ： Using retrospective analysis to collect clinical information of impaired glucose regulation and newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients which were effectively cured by Professor Fan Guanjie to use pure Chinese medicine. Results ： The Moving and Stationary Sequential Theory of Profes- sor FAN Cuanjie effectively improved patients＇clinical symptoms, made impaired glucose regulation people return to health and stopped newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients using oral hypoglyeemic agents or even reverse, which deserves further study.
