复方丹参注射液对缺血区冠脉循环的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液对缺血区冠脉循环的作用。方法:用微米缩窄器造成犬冠状动脉左前降支狭窄模型,同时建立一个和左前降支伴行的冠状静脉与右心房相连的旁路来采集动脉血样。结果:冠脉内恒流灌注丹参注射液[2mg/(kg.min)]时,冠脉阻力持续下降,冠脉血流量增加,耗氧减少,同时冠状静脉的低切率血流的粘滞度降低,纤维蛋白原及血小板数减少;灌注30min后,心肌收缩力增加,冠脉平均压提高。结论:丹参注射液有直接扩张缺血区冠脉,增加心肌供氧,改善缺血区血液循环,从而提高心脏收缩功能的作用。Objective ：To observe the effect of salvia militiorrhiza on coronary circulation in ischemlc region. Method： A coronary stenosis of left anterior descending artery of dog was established by a micrometer - constrictor, meanwhile venous blood sample was collected by a bypass from coronary venous accomparied the left anterior descending to right atrium. Results：During coronary infusing of salvia militiorrhiza （2mg/kg/min） the coronary artery resistance decreased, coronary blood flow increased, and myocardial oxygen consumption decreased,The viscosity,profibrin and platelet count of shearing rate blood flow in coronary venous, At the 30min -point of the infusion ,the myocardial contractility increased along with a raise of average of coronary blood press. Conclusion：Salvia can directly dilatate the coronary artery in ischemic region,increase the oxygen supply and improve the circulation in ischemic, therefore the myocardial systohc function improved.
