摘　　要：八纲辨证自古就是中医临床诊断的基础,其中阴阳、表里、寒热的概念争议不大,但是虚实却是众说纷纭。从《内经》、《难经》和历代医家三方面加以论述,希望通过经典之语论,能让众人对虚实的概念有个统一而明确的认识。The basis of clinical diagnosis in TCM,the eight principles,refers to yin and yang ,exterior and interior, cold and heat as well as asthenia and sthenia. But there is no agreement on the principle of asthenia and sthenia. In the hope of making a definite defination for it,which are discussed in this article by quatation of Neijing,Nanjing and all the medicine works in history.
