壮骨止痛方提取物对去卵巢骨质疏松型大鼠血清PTH、CT的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察壮骨止痛方提取物对去卵巢大鼠血清降钙素(CT)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)的影响及电镜观察。方法:以3月龄雌性SD绝经后骨质疏松模型大鼠,灌胃13周后处死取材,测定血清中PTH和CT的含量,观察透射电镜下股骨超微结构。结果:治疗组能降低PTH的水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组的CT与治疗组的相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组能升高CT的水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电镜观察:正常组骨细胞线粒体无变性,骨细胞突起无改变,骨陷窝较小。模型组大部分骨细胞胞核及胞浆浓缩明显,骨细胞的指状突起明显减少。治疗组骨细胞较正常,骨细胞指状突起伸向骨质深处。结论:骨止痛方全方提取物不仅能达到促进雌激素分泌作用的效果,而且能抑制骨吸收,加快骨形成,延缓骨量丢失,调节体内微量元素的平衡,改善骨的内部结构以防治骨质疏松。Objective： Observation of strong bone pain side to the whole ovary extracts on serum ealeitonin （CT）, parathyroid hormone （PTH）. Methods：Female SD rats ,aged 3 months, Ovarieetomized SD rats to set up the model of postmenopausal oateoporosis. Administered after 13 weeks, Rats were killed and derived, Determination Serum PTH and CT levels and observed under transmission electron mieroseope uhrastrueture femur. Results ： SBPSA Could decrease the level of PTH,inerease the level of CT,and have siginifieant difference compared with model group（P 〈0.05）. The normal CT group compared with the treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Electron mieroacope Observation： Mitoehondria without normal bone degeneration, bone cell processes did not change, small lacuna; model group, most of the nuclei and cytoplasm of bone cells was concentrated, finger - like protrusions of bone cells was signifi- cantly reduced. The treatment group compared with normal bone cells, bone cells in bone deep stretch finger -like pro- trusions. Conclusion：SBPSA Can promote the secretion of estrogen, and Inhibiting bone resorption, accelerating bone formation, delayed bone loss, Adjust the balance of trace elements, improve the internal structure of bone to prevent osteoporosis.
