脉病的内涵与外延

摘　　要：在回顾传统与现代关于脉的相关文献的基础上,对中医学"脉病"及其相关病名进行了收集,并结合中医理论及现代医学观点,对"脉病"的内涵与外延进行了较为深入的研究,提出"脉病"属血脉病范畴。这样,不仅丰富了血脉病理论,更可为今后建立"脉病"的诊断防治原则提供重要依据。Based on a review of related articles on pulse hoth written in the past and the present, this paper has gath- ered the types of vascular - pathy in traditional Chinese medical science and the other related illness. While integrating theories in traditional Chinese medical science and ideas in modem medicine, this paper has thoroughly studied the inten- sion and extension of vascular -pathy, and classifies vascular - pathy as a type of hemo - vascular - pathy. Thus, this paper not only enriches theories in hemo - vascular - pathy, but also provides an important foundation for setting up prin- ciples in the diagnosis and prevention of vascular - pathy in the future.
