摘　　要：目的:探讨胃动灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(FD)作用机制。方法:采用夹尾刺激法制备大鼠FD模型,设正常对照组、模型组、西沙必利阳性对照组以及胃动灵治疗组。观察胃动灵胶囊对FD模型大鼠胃电图、胃肠推进功能、胃动素、胃泌素作用影响。结果:与模型组比较,胃动灵胶囊可增加FD模型胃电图慢波频率(P<0.05);促进胃肠推进功能(P<0.001);具有显著促进血浆胃动素含量,胃泌素含量增加作用(P<0.05)。结论:胃动灵胶囊对FD,具有较好治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Wei Dong Ling Capsule on treating with functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods ： The rat models of FD were established by clasping their tails. The rats were divided into the normal group, The injured group,The cisapride group and the Wei Dong Ling Capsule group. Electrogas -trogram, gastrointestinal propul- sive action,Motilin, gastrin of the FD model rats were observed. Result： Comparing with the injured group, Wei Dong Ling Capsule has increased the electrogastrogram slow - wave frequency of the FD models （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; proncoted the gstronintestinal propulsive action（ P 〈 0. 001 ） ; Significantly increased the level of motilin in blood（ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclu- sion： Wei Dong Ling Capsule has a good effect on treating with functional dyspepsia.
