补脾益气中药对脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、Caspase-3表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、Caspase-3表达的变化及补脾益气方药对这种变化的调节作用。方法:将实验动物分成空白组、模型组、四君子汤组、六君子汤组、归脾汤组,用免疫组化法检测血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、Caspase-3的表达。结果:与空白组比较,其他各组PDGF、Caspase-3的灰度值低,表达增强(P<0.05),与模型组比较,其他各组的PDGF、Caspase-3灰度值高,表达减弱(P<0.05)。结论:脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、Caspase-3表达增强,而补脾益气中药能改善这种情况,从而为补脾益气中药防治心血管系统疾病提供实验室依据。Objective ： To explore spleen - deficiency syndrome rats in vascular smooth muscle cells PDGF, Caspase - 3 expression changes and tonifying spleen qi herbs adjust action to this change. Methods： Experimental animals into blank group, the model group, sijunzi decoction group, 6 gentleman soup group, to spleen decoction group, with immu- nohistochemical method to detect vascular smooth muscle cells PDGF, Caspase - 3 expression. Results： Compared with blank group, other PDCF, Caspase - 3 groups grey value of low, express enhancement （ P 〈 0.05）, and the model group, and other groups compared PDGF, Caspase - 3 grayscale value high, expression abate （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Spleen -deficiency syndrome rats in vascular smooth muscle ceils PDGF, Caspase - 3 express enhanced, whereas the tonifying spleen yiql TCM can improve the situation, thus to fill spleen yiqi TCM preventing cardiovascular system disease provide laboratory basis.
