丹酚酸B联合马洛替酯防治肝纤维化的实验研究

摘  要:目的:探讨丹酚酸B联合马洛替酯对刀豆蛋白和CC14引起的肝纤维化的防治作用。方法:建立刀豆蛋白致小鼠免疫性肝损伤动物模型和CC14致大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察丹酚酸B和马洛替酯单独及联合应用后对肝功能的影响。结果:丹酚酸B联合马洛替酯可显著降低刀豆蛋白所致免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST、MDA及NO含量,提高肝组织SOD活性;并可显著降低CC14致肝纤维化大鼠血清中ALT、AST活性及HA及LN含量。结论:丹酚酸B联合马洛替酯联合用药可增强对肝纤维化的防治作用。Objective: To study the effect of combination of salvianolic acide B and malotilate on hepatic fibrosis. Methods :An immunized mouse liver damage model was established through injection of concanavalin A ( Con A ) , and hepatic fibrosis mouse model was established through injection of CC14. Re3ults: In immunized mouse liver damage mod- el, the activities of ALT and AST in the combination groups were lower than those in the model group, The activity of SOD was higher than in the model group, the quantity of MDA and NO in serumin the combination groups was lower than in the model group. In hepatic fibrosis mouse model, the activity of ALT, AST, HA and LN in combination groups were lower than inmodel group. Conclusion: This experiment shows that the combination of salvianolic acide B and malotilate could protect liver damage and cure hepatic fibrosis.
