穴位埋线对COPD稳定期患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状及对免疫功能的影响。方法:40例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,两组均接受常规西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用穴位埋线治疗,两组疗程均为2个月。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分及检测反应机体免疫功能的T淋巴细胞亚群指标。结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候咳嗽、胸闷症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8上升、CD8减低,免疫指标较治疗前改善,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗能改善咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷等症状,提高生活质量,并能提高机体免疫功能。Objective ：To evaluate the effects of acupoint thread - embedding therapy for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） though determining the T- cell subsets and scores in TCM symptoms. Methods： Forty stable COPD patientswere randomly divided into two groups：20patients in treatmentgroup were treated with aeupoint thread - embedding therapy and conventional medicine, while 20cases in control group were treated with conventional medicine alone. The course of the treatments are tow months. Scores in TCM symptoms and the T - cell subsets were determined after the treatments on both two groups to conpare whether the indexes have differences in statistics. Results： Both groups had satisfactory scores in TCM symptoms and the treatment group had better sores than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, In the aspects of cough, sputum and chest stuffiness, the patients in the treatment group recovered better than the ones in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment , the levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CDs in the peripheral blood of patients in the eontral group were significantly increased and were batter than the same indexs of patients in the control group. Conclusion ： Integrated treatment of acupoint thread - embedding and conventional medicine may improve the symptoms of cough and chest stuffiness, adjust mmunity function of stable COPD patients and increase life quality.
