摘　　要：本文介绍国产通用模拟集成电路实用宏模型的要求、建模及建库方法,给出了利用SPICE 电路模拟程序及实用宏模型进行电路模拟的结果及实测结果,两者符合较好.The requirements of setting up the pra-ctical macromodels of the domestic generalanalog ICs,the methods of designing macro-models and their library were presented.Good agreement(typically in 10%)betweenexperimental and computation results by usi-ng the macromodels in SPICE program isobtained.
