摘　　要：本文是在对黑龙江省旅游业发展现状做了大量调查研究基础上 ,着重对我省旅游业进一步发展提出几点战略思考 .其中 ,既包括我省旅游业目前发展中存在的问题 。This essay is based on the great investigation of the Heilongjiang's Tourism developing situation.It focused on the further Tourism industry development of our province and raised some strategic thinking.It not only included the problems in the present development of the Heilongjiang Touism Industry,but also included the authors own opinion about changing these problems.
