摘　　要："十二五"规划建议明确提出,"积极稳妥推进城镇化,坚持走中国特色城镇化道路""把城镇化发展战略放在经济结构战略性调整的重要位置上。加快城镇化对我国经济结构的调整和小康社会的全面建成有重大意义。在新的形式和背景下,对我国城镇化的现状作出基本的判断,提出推进城镇化所面临的难题。最后结合我国的基本国情,提出相应的推进城镇化的对策。＂Twelve Five-Year＂plan proposed to clarify that the ＂actively and steadily promote urbanization, and adhere to the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,＂ ＂the development strategy of urbanization on the important strategic adjustment of economic structure and location. Speed up urbanization in China economic structure adjustment and well-off society of great significance to the overall completion. In the context of new forms and, on the status of China＇s urbanization to make basic judgments, made face of urbanization problems. Finally, China＇s basic national conditions, proposed appropriate measures to promote urbanization.
