门诊孕妇围产期健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解孕妇对孕产期护理知识的需求情况,以便有针对性地进行健康指导,更好的开展孕期健康保健工作。方法对2009年11月-2010年9月来我院检查的171名孕妇进行孕产期知识需求和孕产期知识获得方式的调查。结果孕妇对母乳喂养知识、孕期各种检查知识、孕期营养、产褥期卫生、分娩过程、孕期日常保健和胎教、新生儿护理、孕期自我监测胎动方法等知识有迫切的需求;孕妇获得健康教育知识的需求形式多样化;孕妇的文化程度不同,对孕产期保健知识的需求亦有所不同。结论应不断完善孕期健康教育内容,开展多种形式的健康教育,并根据孕妇的知识水平不同选定不同的健康教育内容,提高孕妇围产期健康保健水平。Objective To study the health education needs of pregnant women in perinatal period, and to find the correct method of health education for pregnant women. Methods 171 pregnant womem, who had checks in our hospital during November 2009 to September 2010, were investigated by self-made questionnaire. Results There are urgent needs about knowledge of breastfeeding, various inspections and nutrition during pregnancy, puerperal hygiene, delivery process, daily mantenance, prenatal education, newborn care and methods for fetal movement monitoring . The different pregnant women were fond of choosing different health education ways, and the different culture groups had different health education requirement. Conclusion we must improve the content of health education during pregnancy, carry out various forms of health education and selecte different health education content according to different culture groups to promote the health level of pregnant women in perinatalperiod.
