摘　　要：冷战时期不结盟运动积极倡导和促进南南合作,不结盟运动历次会议通过的《经济合作行动纲领》都充满了内容丰富的南南合作的具体设想。不结盟运动倡导和促进南南合作经历了一个演变的过程,并以集体自力更生的战略促进了南南合作的向前发展,从而在南南合作的进程中发挥了重要的作用。The Non-Aligned Movement advocated and promoted south-south cooperation during the Cold War Era.The Action Programme for Economic Cooperation approved at the meetings of NAM was filled with rich ideas about South-South Cooperation.The advocating and promotion of South-North Cooperation and NAM experienced a gradual process.Through the tactic of self-independence,it made the cooperation go further.Therefore,it played an important role in advancing South-South Cooperation.
