高校体育教学中伤害事故成因分析及风险管理研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和风险管理论等分析了高校体育教学中伤害事故的成因,提出了一些减少或者避免伤害事故发生的可操作性建议。认为高校体育教学中伤害事故起因于学生不了解身体健康状况、风险意识淡漠,教师不了解学生健康情况、不重视伤害风险,体育场地、器材存在安全隐患,校医院缺少专门人才和设备。要加强体育教师和学生的风险意识教育,教师要了解学生的健康状况,介绍动作练习中的风险;及时给学生体检,建立个人健康档案,使学生了解自身的健康状况;校医院要增设骨科医生岗位和相应设备,不断增强处理伤害事故的能力。The author has analyzed the causes of injury accidents in physical education in colleges and presented some workable proposal to reduce or avoid injury accidents,by methods of Literature,logical analysis and the theory of risk management.The author believes that injury accidents in physical education in colleges results from students＇ ignorance to their physical health and their indifference to risk,as well as the teachers＇ ignorance to students＇ physical health and injury risk,the potential risk of the sports fields and sports equipments,and the lack of doctors with professional skill and equipments.So it is necessary to have risk consciousness education for P.E teachers and students,the teachers should get aware of the students＇ physical condition and explain the potential risk in practice.In order to make students realize the condition of their health,the students need timely check-up and personal health records.College hospitals should adding job for orthopaedics doctors and buy relevant equipments to improve their ability on solving injury accidents.
