摘 要:[目的]探讨不同水分梯度下梭梭和多花柽柳幼苗光合特性的变化情况。[方法]采用Li-6400光合作用测定系统对不同水分梯度下大田栽植的梭梭和多花柽柳幼苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度进行测定。[结果]梭梭和多花柽柳的净光合速率日变化曲线显示2树种均有明显的光合午休现象,相同处理下梭梭的净光合速率日均值大于多花柽柳;随着灌溉量的降低,梭梭和多花柽柳的蒸腾速率呈现无规律性变化,梭梭的蒸腾速率日均值小于多花柽柳;不同水分梯度对梭梭和多花柽柳水分利用效率的影响不显著,在相同处理下,梭梭的水分利用效率总是大于多花柽柳;梭梭和多花柽柳的气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度都是由清晨的最大值逐渐降低,降到最小值后,又逐渐升高。[结论]该研究初步揭示了梭梭和多花柽柳在不同水分梯度下的光合生理特性。[Objective] The variation of photosynthetic characteristics of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix hohenackeri seedling under different water gradient was researched.[Objective] The net photosynthetic rate,the transpiration rate,the water-using efficiency,the stomatal conductance and the concentration of intercellular CO2 of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix hohenackeri under different water gradient were measured with Li-6400.[Results] The variation curve of the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix hohenackeri seedling showed the obvious midday depression and at same condition the value of the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of Haloxylon ammodendron was larger than that of Tamarix hohenackeri.There was not obvious principle of the daily variation in transpiration rate of them with the reduction of irrigating amount and the value of the daily variation of net transpiration rate of Haloxylon ammodendron was less than that of Tamarix hohenackeri.The different water gradient did not significantly affect their water-using efficiency and at same condition the water-using efficiency of Haloxylon ammodendron was higher than that of Tamarix hohenackeri.The largest value of the stomatal conductance and the concentration of intercellular CO2 of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix hohenackeri was in gradually morning,then gradually reduced to least value and finally raised again.[Conclusion] The photosynthetic characteristics of Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix hohenackeri seedling under different water gradient were preliminarily explored.
