摘  要:综述了国内外监测河流水体和沉积物中有机物的前处理方法,介绍了液-液萃取、液-液微萃取、固相萃取、固相微萃取、微波消解和微波辅助萃取、超临界流体萃取、免疫萃取、气体萃取(顶空技术)及其特点,并对未来的前处理技术发展方向进行了展望。The pretreatment methods for monitoring the organic matter in river water and sediment sample were reviewed in this paper.The methods and their characteristics were introduced,and the methods included the liquid-liquid extraction,liquid-liquid microextraction,solid phase extraction,solid phase microextraction,microwave digestion and microwave-assisted extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,immune extraction,gas extraction(headspace technology) and etc.Furthermore,the development prospects of the pretreatment technique for organic monitoring in future was also discussed.
