摘　　要：概述了我国发起进口农产品反补贴调查的意义和作用,阐述了首起农产品反补贴案对我国农业发展的启示,这对我国目前如何更好的发展农业,如何在WTO框架下充分合法的运用国际规则,以及既保护本国农业以及农产品经济的发展,又能促进本国农产品的出口具有重要的意义。The significance and importance of the countervailing investigation of the imported agricultural products in China was summarized.The enlightenment of the first case of agricultural products anti-subsidy to the development of agriculture in China was expounded.It had great significance to the the development of agriculture,the full use of international rules to protect domestic agriculture and agricultural products of economic development of national agricultural exports in the legal framework of WTO.
