摘　　要：在对浙江省大学生村官计划实施现状调查的基础上,通过分析大学生村官计划实施过程中存在的主要问题,提出进一步建立健全大学生村官的管理机制,改革选拔制度,完善保障措施和鼓励政策等,以期通过构建大学生村官计划长效机制,确保大学生村官计划健康有序开展,使大学生村官下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动。Based on the investigation of the implementation of university student village officer project in Zhejiang province and the analysis of some major existed problems,the long-term mechanism of university student village officer project was put forward to make sure that it was well carried out,such as the management system,the election system reform,guaranteeing measures and encouraging policy,which would make students work well in rural areas and serve passionately in different positions.
