摘　　要：目的探索海洛因依赖患者的生活事件发生情况和焦虑、抑郁情绪问题,以及生活事件与焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关性。方法采用生活事件量表(LES)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对139名吸毒者进行测评。结果根据生活事件量表(LES)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定结果,76.26%受试者经历的负性生活事件为:生活规律重大变动(饮食睡眠规律改变)。此外,常见的负性生活事件为家庭经济问题,工作问题和人际交往问题等。受试者经历的负性生活远远多于正性生活事件,而且这些负性生活事件与焦虑、抑郁情绪成明显正相关。结论海洛因依赖者经历的生活事件中,绝大多数是属于负性生活事件,而且这些生活事件与不良情绪有关。因此,对这类人群治疗的同时应更多的了解他们的生活背景,情绪问题等进行更有效的心理干预。Objective To assess detailed of life events and anxiety and depression in heroin dependent individual.Methods In this survey,heroin dependent patients（N=139）would reported a battery of self-reported questionnaires,including Life Event Scale（LES）,Zung＇s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Zung＇s Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）.Results 76.26% subjects reported significant changes of lifestyle pattern（dietary and sleep）as negative life events.Family financial difficulties,jobless and poor interpersonal relationship were also frequently reported as negative events.They experienced overwhelmingly higher negative life events than positive life events,and those negative events positively correlated with depression and anxiety.Conclusion the study showed that heroin dependent subjects experienced significantly higher negative life events than positive life events and those who experienced high negative event showed high levels of depression and anxiety.These findings suggest that the assessment of detailed life events and its relationship with anxiety and depression in heroin dependent subjects is a necessity for better psychological intervention.
