摘　　要：舞钢轧钢厂推钢式连续加热炉是轧钢生产过程中的重要设备之一,由于生产负荷波动大、燃料质量差、自动化水平低等原因,造成加热质量差、能耗高.目前,炉窑的自动控制技术已很成熟,逐步的运用自动化技术改造连续炉,可以在较小资金投入的基础上获得较大的经济效益和社会效益.The pusher-type continuous reheating furnace in the plate-rolling plant of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd is one of the important equipment used during rolling production process,Due to large fluctuation of production load,poor quality fuel ,low level of automation etc,resulting in poor heating quality and high energy consumption. At present,the automatic control technology for furnace is very mature,to modify continuous furnace by gradual application of automation technology can obtain greater economic efficiency and social benefit with less input of fund
