摘  要:研究了NiCrFeMoCoCuW 合金宏观“黑斑”和“白斑”缺陷的形成机制。“黑斑”区富集元素主要以数量较多,尺寸较大的富含钼、钨的M6C和AB3C 等相和数量较多的粒状M6C 的形式存在于晶界上,因界面效应使晶界相对易受侵蚀;“白斑”区晶界主要富含钼、钨的μ相,比富含铬的M6C 基底区耐晶界腐蚀。The formation mechanism on the macroscopic 'freckles' and 'white speckles' in Ni\|Cr\|Fe\|Mo\|Co\|Cu\|W alloy has been studied. The tungsten and molybdenum enriched was present in a large number of M\-6C and AB\-3C etc with larger size and a considerable number of granular M\-6C at grain boundaries in the macroscopic 'freckles', therefore the boundaries was etched easily. The intergranular corrosion resistance of 'white speckles' region, in which the μ phase enriched tungsten and molybdenum existed, was better than that base region which had enriched chromium M\-6C phase.
