摘　　要：安钢4号高炉中修时,对高炉风机、热风炉、富氧喷煤系统等进行了改造。高炉投产后,采取了优化炉料结构、实现小高压操作、合理富氧喷煤、加强高炉上下部调剂以及加强生产组织与管理等措施,高炉冶炼不断强化。1998年高炉利用系数达2.82,焦比463 kg/t,煤比111kg/t。Technical reforms were carried out on the BF blowers,hot stoves and PCI system during the period of No. 4 BF intermediate repair. A series of intensified smelting measures, such as optimizing burden structure, realizing high top pressure operation, injecting pulverized coal with oxygen enriched and so on,were carried. As results,the No. 4 BF's smelting was intensified,and the utilization coefficient of 2.82 t/(m3·d),coke rate of 463 kg/t and coal rate of 111 kg/t were achieved in 1998.
