摘　　要：河南作为中部大省,正处于实施中原经济区发展战略的关键时期,实现产业结构的调整和升级已成为当务之急。针对河南省产业结构的特点及河南省利用资本市场促进产业结构升级的外部环境,提出了利用间接融资和直接融资等手段,实现河南省利用资本市场促进产业结构调整升级的途径选择。As a major province in middle China,it＇s critical time for Henan province implementing the development strategy of Zhongyuan economic distinct. Therefore, promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure is a major preoccupa- tion. Faced the character industrial structure and the capital market environment of Henan, this paper points out the methods of using capital market financing instruments, the direct financing instruments and the indirect financing instruments, to upgrade industrial structure of Henan.
