基于社会福利视角北京最优收入差距研究

摘　　要：构造反映公平诉求的效用函数具有重要的意义。本文首先分析了在总体收入水平既定条件下使得全社会幸福感达到最大时的最优收入差距。考虑到收入差距还能够通过分配机制影响未来的社会总收入水平,因此本文利用优化模型,基于社会福利视角下对北京市最优收入差距问题进行了分析,结果表明整体上北京市收入差距情况较好,但近些年收入差距的扩大使得北京市社会福利水平有所下降。Because of the social welfare for fair reflecting people＇s appeal, and in different stages of economic development the fair appeal to people is also different, to find a utility function has very important theoretical meaning. This paper first analyzes the optimal income gap in the condition that overall income level is established and social well -being reached to the best level. Considering the income gap can also affect social income in future by distribution mechanism , so we analyzed the optimal income gap of Beijing using the optimization model. The results showed that the overall situation of Beijing income gap is relatively good, hut Beijing social welfare falls down as the recent income disparity expands in recent years.
