摘　　要：本文在对相关研究进行简要回顾的基础上,对于公共财政理论的新进展进行了梳理和评析,并对未来中国公共财政理论的发展进行了展望。研究发现,中国公共财政理论的发展是对财政"公共性"的一种理性回归,未来发展将突出财政管理体制的创新。In this paper, we summarized and assessed the new progress in public finance based on a brief review of relevant research, then forecasted the future development in this field. We found： the trend of development of the theory of public finance in China was publicity, which was in a rational regression. The future development will focus on the innovation of finance management system.
