摘　　要：资金管理贯穿于企业生产全过程。本文从注重营销,抓好筹资;挖潜降耗,盘活用好资金;强化管理,完善资金运作机制三方面论述了资金管理的具体作法。Funds management lies in the whole procedure of enterprise production. This paper describes the specific methods of funds management from three aspects such as emphasizing market, doing a good job of financing; tapping the potential and reducing the consumption, making good use of funds; strenghthening the management, improving and perfecting the funds running system.
