摘  要:目的:探讨肠内营养支持在喉癌术后患者中的效果。方法:采用前瞻、随机和对照的方法,60例喉癌术后患者分为肠内营养组(EN组,30例)和肠外营养组(PN组,30例),观察营养状况指标、免疫功能指标、术后住院日等。结果:EN组营养状况指标及免疫功能指标较PN组有明显提高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌患者术后实施肠内营养支持治疗,对改善机体的营养状况及提高免疫功能有积极作用,减少住院时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of applying enteral nutrition support for post-laryngectomy patients.Method:A prospective,randomized and controlled clinical trial was designed for this study.60 patients with post-laryngectomy were randomly divided into two groups:the enteral nutrition group(EN group,30 cases) and the parenteral nutrition group(PN group,30 cases).then observed the nutritional status,immune function and length of stay.Result:Compared with those of PN group,the nutritional status、immune function and length of stay were better in EN group,and there were significant difference in two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support for post-laryngectomy patients is safe,effective,It could improve the condition bodies nutritional status and immune function of patients,reduce the length of stay,and it is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
