小方坯大包回转台力参数测试及分析

摘　　要：小方坯大包回转台改换７０ｔ大包后，增重４０％ ，为验证主要承载件强度是否安全，采用模拟包单边坐包进行实测，对测试数据进行分析、计算，指出应严格操作规程，避免坐包时引起过大的冲击，并应采取适当措施提高螺栓强度。t ladle is used in ladle turnaround for small square billet production and the load of turnaround is increased by 40% For determining the strength of main loaded body,the single side seating ladle test of simulation ladle is done,and the analyzing and calculating for these data are also done The result shows that for using 70t ladle on the turnaround it is needful to strictly implement operation standard,to avoid big impact at the time of seating ladle,and to increase the strength of bolt with appropriate measures
