电沉积Fe-Co合金箔工艺的研究

摘  要:采用电沉积方法制备铁-钴合金箔,探讨了电解液组成和工艺条件对铁-钴合金箔组成的影响,通过扫描电镜、X-射线衍射及能谱仪对铁-钴合金箔的表面形貌、微观结构及组成的分析,结果表明:随阴极电流密度的增大,合金箔中铁质量分数先增后降,随着温度的下降、pH的增加,合金箔的铁质量分数增大;合金箔铁质量分数随亚铁质量浓度的增加而增大,而随柠檬酸钠质量浓度的增加,则先增后降;Fe-Co合金箔物相为铁钴置换固溶体,面心立方晶体结构,晶粒尺寸为19.4 nm,属于纳米晶,表面平整,结构致密,无孔洞及裂纹。Fe-Co alloy foil was prepared by electrodeposition.Influences of electrolyte composition and process condition on composition of the foil were discussed.Micromorphology,microstructure and composition of the foils were analyzed by SEM,XRD and EDS.Results showed that Fe content in the foil increased first and then decreased with cathodic current density and sodium citrate concentration increasing;Fe content increased with pH,Fe2+ increasing and temperature decreasing.Results also showed that the alloy has a Fe-Co substitutional solid solution phase,a face-centered cubic crystal structure with nanocrystalline grain size(19.4 nm);the foil has a smooth and compact surface with no pore and crack.
