摘 要:以硫酸亚铁和氯化锌为主盐配制电镀锌-铁合金溶液。运用小槽试验和电化学测试,研究了胡椒醛对镀层的外观、组成、耐腐蚀性能以及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,在θ为20℃,pH为4.5,Jκ为2.0A/dm2的条件下,胡椒醛的加入使得镀层更加平整、致密,但质量浓度高于0.2g/L,对改善镀层的平整性作用不大。电化学测试数据显示,在ρ(胡椒醛)为0.6g/L时,耐腐蚀能力比基础镀液所得镀层的耐腐蚀能力明显增强。胡椒醛对于改善锌-铁合金镀层的表面微观形貌作用不明显,镀层中铁的质量分数随着胡椒醛的增加而降低,镀层沉积速率也随之减小,与理论分析结果一致。Ferrous sulfate and zinc chloride were used in preparation of bath solution for Zn-Fe alloy electroplating.Effects of heliotropin on appearance,composition,corrosion resistance and micromorphology of the deposit were studied by small-bath-electroplating and electrochemical tests.It showed that coating became smoother and denser with addition of heliotropin under condition of θ 20℃,pH 4.5 and Jκ 2.0A/dm2;but leveling performance didn't become better when heliotropin concentration was more than 0.2g/L.Data of electrochemical tests revealed that when heliotropin concentration was 0.6g/L,corrosion resistance could be improved obviously;heliotropin put little effect on the improvment of coating micromorphology;iron content and deposition rate of coating would decrease with heliotropin coneentration increasing,this is coincident with theoretical analysis.
