摘  要:为解决催化汽油硫含量高的问题,满足产品质量升级的要求,中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼油分公司120万t/a催化裂化装置自2010-05-24到2010-09-03试用了Grace Division公司提供的GSR5-HZ降硫助剂,考察了该助剂的降硫效果。工业应用结果表明:该降硫助剂流化性能及稳定性能较好,与主催化剂CGP-HZ具有较好的匹配性,对产品质量没有明显不利影响。产品分布有所改变,液化气、汽油产率降低,总转化率下降1.20%。当助剂占系统总藏量25%时,具有较强的降硫效果,汽油硫含量平均脱除率为13.50%。To resolve the problem of high sulfur content of catalytic gasoline and meet the requirements of upgrading product quality, GSRS-HZ sulfur reduction additive offered by Grace Division Company has been applied in the FCC unit of CNOOC Huizhou Refiner from May 24 to September 3, 2010. The effect of sulfur reduction was tested. The commercial test result shows that the flow resistance and the stability of sulfur reduction additive are better and have good matching with the main catalyst CGP-Hz without obvious negative influence on product quality. The product slate is changed. The yield of liquefied petroleum gas and gasoline decrease and the total conversion rate decreases by 1.20 %. With 25% additive in system inventory, the average removal rate of sulfur content in gasoline is 13. 50%.
