摘 要:采用PCR-SSCP方法检测BMPR-IA基因在高繁殖力绵羊品种(大尾寒羊和小尾寒羊)以及低繁殖力绵羊品种(豫西脂尾羊)中的多态性,以期探索该基因对于河南地方绵羊品种繁殖力的影响。结果表明:在3个绵羊品种中BMPR-IA基因检测出2个基因型即AA和AB,在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中AA基因型频率分别为0.525和0.778,AB基因型频率分别为0.475和0.222。在小尾寒羊和大尾寒羊中A等位基因频率分别为0.738和0.889,B等位基因频率分别为0.262和0.111。在豫西脂尾羊中只检测到AA基因型。研究为进一步从分子水平探索河南地方绵羊品种的高繁殖力遗传机制提供了参考。The polymorphism of BMPR-IA gene in two high fecundity sheep breeds Fat-tailed sheep and Small Tailed Han sheep,one low fecundity sheep breeds Yuxi Fat-tailed sheep was studied by PCR-SSCP method to explore the influnce of this gene on fecundity of henan landrance sheep breeds.The results showed that:Two genotypes of BMPR-IA including AA and AB were detected.Frequency of AA genotype,AB genotype in Small Tailed Han sheep and Fat-tailed sheep were 0.525 and 0.778,0.475 and 0.222 respectively.A allele frequency and B allele frequency in Small Tailed Han sheep and Fat-tailed sheep were 0.738 and 0.889,0.262 and 0.111 respectively.While only AA genotype was detected in Yuxi Fat-tailed sheep.This study provide reference for exploring high fecundity mechism of Henan landrance sheep breeds at molecular level.
