摘　　要：介绍了制氧机设备脱脂后残留油脂的检测步骤,重点论述了油份溶度仪的分析原理、检测方法及分析过程中的注意事项,并列举了两套25000 m3/h制氧机残留油脂的分析实例。The testing procedures of residual grease of a large air separator degreased are presented.The analysis principle and testing method of the oil dissolution instrument as well as points for attention in analysis are discussed.An analysis example of residual grease from the two sets of 25000 m3/h air separators is cited.
