摘  要:采用改进的花粉管通道法,将海藻糖合酶基因(TPS)导入玉米自交系郑58中。3~5叶期时喷雾Basta(0.7%)溶液筛选,进行PCR检测,结果表明,目的基因已导入转化植株并整合到植株染色体上。田间初步抗旱性检测显示,转化植株(株系)的抗旱性高于对照植株。应用改进的花粉管通道法导入抗旱目的基因,可以得到玉米抗旱新资源,是一种切实有效的抗旱育种新方法。Using the improved pollen tube path method, trehalose synthase gene (TPS) was transferred into corn inbred line Zheng 58. In the 3 - 5 leaf stage, the selection of spraying Basta (0.7%)solution was combined with PCR test, the new gene had been imported into the plants and integrated into the plant chromosomes. The initial drought-tolerance investigation in fields con firmed that the drought-tolerance of transgenie plants was higher than the non-transformed. The results showed that the new corn drought resistance germplasm could be gained by pollen tube path, and it is a new feasible and effective way for corn drought resistance breeding.
