摘  要:土地复垦和生态重建技术是解决工矿区因资源开采引发的生态破坏和土地资源浪费问题的主要手段之一。工矿区土地复垦与生态重建管理信息系统的研发,旨在结合"3S"技术,通过高效的空间数据管理功能,使得工矿区土地复垦和生态重建实现定量化、系统化、可视化管理,从而提高工矿区土地复垦工作的功能和效率。对近20 a来国内外工矿区土地复垦信息化管理的研发状况进行了分析总结,明确了未来矿区土地复垦管理信息系统的研发方向,即紧密结合我国土地复垦管理体制机制及技术规范,尽可能提高系统的智能化、便捷化。Technology of land reclamation and ecological restoration is the primary means to solve the problems of ecological destruction and land resources waste caused by resource exploitation in industrial and mining areas. Through combination with 3S technology, which has efficient spatial data manage capabilities, the aim to develop land reclamation MIS, on purpose to make the land reclamation and ecological reconstruction management quantitatively, systematically and visually, is to improve the functionality and efficiency of land reclamation. This paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign situation about the research and development of land reclamation information management in past 20 yea~, and defined the direction of reclamation management information system's research and development for industrial and mining areas in the future as: to closely combined with the institutional mechanisms and technical regulation of land reclamation management in China and to strive to maximize the systems intelligent and facilitation.
