山西省发展养鹅业的初步探讨

摘　　要：鹅适应性强,生长速度快,耐粗饲,属节粮型草食家禽,特别适合我国国情和山西省省情,在国际和国内市场上发展前景十分良好。山西自然环境良好,具有发展鹅产业的巨大空间和经济潜势。建议山西省从政策、投入、科研等方面对鹅产业予以扶植,并借鉴国内外先进经验,高标准起步,使之成为调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式和增加农民收入新的经济支撑点。The goose is a feed saving poultry that has fast growth rate, rough forge tolerance, good adaptability and is specially suitable for circumstances in China and in Shanxi province. At present goose farming shows a significant growth rate in the international and domestic markets and conditions in Shanxi shows great economic potentiality and growth space for goose farming. It was suggested that support was needed form policy, input and scientific research. In addition, taking advanced experience from the international and the domestic to have a good start of high standard and making it a new economic supporting point in industry restructuring, economy growth mode transfer and farmers＇ income improvement .
