摘 要:用自制电热再生装置对吸附甲苯的活性碳纤维进行电热再生试验,通过二次通用旋转组合设计试验方案,以甲苯脱附率和脱附质量两个指标考察了脱附温度、载气流量和碳纤维层厚度对活性碳纤维电热再生效果的影响,得出了局部最佳组合方案:当脱附温度为170℃、载气流量为1 200 mL/min、碳纤维层厚度为16 mm时,甲苯脱附率平均值为92.37%,脱附质量平均值为6.058 g,活性碳纤维的电热再生效果最好。The activated carbon fibers adsorbing toluene were used to perform the electrothermal regeneration experiments by made-self electrothermal regeneration system. Throughout quadratic general rotatable design test, toluene' desorption rates and quality were used as two indexes to characterize the influence of desorption temperature, carried gas flow and carbon thickness on electrothermal regeneration effect of activated carbon fiber, and finally the local optimal scheme was obtained, it was while 170℃ of desorption temperature, 1 200 mL/min of carried gas flow, 16 mm of carbon thickness, 92.37% of toluene desorption rate and 6.058 g of average desorption quantity, the ACF electrothermal regeneration effect was excellent.
