摘  要:采用Hansi Tex-2阻燃剂对涤纶针刺非织造布进行阻燃整理,通过单一变量实验对整理工艺条件进行了优化,探讨了阻燃剂浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对其性能的影响;通过正交实验,探讨了整理工艺条件对涤纶针刺非织造布各性能影响的主次关系。实验结果表明:涤纶针刺非织造布采用Hansi Tex-2阻燃整理可以获得良好的阻燃效果,其最优工艺为Hansi Tex-2浓度120 g/L、焙烘温度180℃、焙烘时间90 s。Flame retardant agent of Hansi Tex-2 was used to finish polyester needle-punched nonwovens. The process conditions were optimized by single variable experiment. The influence of concentration of flame retardant agent, temperature and time of curing on the properties were studied. Meanwhile, by the orthogonal experiment, the primary and secondary relationship of the process conditions, influencing on the properties of the nonwovens, was also discussed. The results show that the polyester needle-punched nonwovens can obtain a good flame retardant property, finished with Hansi Tex-2, and the optimized technological conditions were that the concentration of Hansi Tex-2 is 120 g/L, the curing temperature is 180℃, and the curing time is 90 s.
