摘 要:针对目前多品种、变批量的装配生产线装配过程控制系统柔性的不足,提出基于Holon的可重构控制模型。介绍Holon ic制造系统以及Holon作为分布式控制单元的松散耦合特性;根据PROSA参考体系结构构建装配车间装配过程的Holon ic控制静态结构模型和信息交互模型;建立某变速器柔性装配生产线装配执行过程的可重构控制系统,系统中各控制要素根据Holon的自组织特性实现重构。A new reconfigurable control model based on Holon was proposed aiming at the lack of flexibility of the assembly process control for multi-breed and variable-batch assembly line.The Holonic manufacturing system was introduced as well as the features of Holon which was a loosely-coupled distributed control unit.A static Holonic model of assembly process based on PROSA architecture was established.A dynamic interaction model was established based on the behavior and activities of Holons and the information exchange between Holons.According to the self-organizing features of holons,the reconfiguration of these controlling elements could be achieved in this model.
