摘　　要：在评定轧机轴承额定寿命的基础上,讨论分析了影响其使用寿命的内因和外因。通过对早期失效轧机轴承的检测,具体分析了轧机轴承材质及工况条件对其使用寿命的影响,并提出了提高轧机轴承使用寿命的相关措施。This paper discusses internal and external factors for influencing the service life of a rolling mill bearing based on evaluating its rated life,and analyzes the effect of the material for making the bearing of a rolling mill and the operating conditions on its service life by testing the rolling mill bearing which had the early failure.Finally this paper proposes the corresponding measures to prolong the service life of the rolling mill bearing.
