摘　　要：通过扫描电镜、能谱分析、金相检验等手段,分析了造成09CuPCrNi-A钢板剪切后横断面上出现中心开裂及钢板冲击韧性波动的原因。确认钢板剪切后中心开裂是由P及S偏析所致,这也是导致钢板冲击韧性波动的原因。This paper analyzes the causes leading to the center cracking occurring on the cross section of the 09CuPCrNi-A hot rolled steel plate when cutting and the causes leading to its fluctuation of impact toughness by means of the scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and metallographic test.And thus it is confirmed that the center cracking of the steel plate is caused by P and S segregation which is also the factor leading to the fluctuation of impact toughness of the steel plate.
