提高中间包包盖使用寿命的研究

摘　　要：分析了鞍钢第二炼钢厂中间包包盖破损的主要原因,制定了延长包盖使用寿命及改善包盖使用性能的综合技术措施。对包盖耐火材料的抗热震性进行了研究,并对包盖结构进行了改进。工业生产试验结果表明,该包盖的使用寿命可以达到60～70个浇次。The main factors leading to the damage of the tundish cover in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Angang are analyzed and thus comprehensive technical solutions for prolonging the service life of the tundish cover and improving operational performances are established.The thermal shock resistance of the refractory materials making the cover is studied and then the cover＇s structure is improved.The testing results show that the service life of the improved cover can reach as many as 60 to 70 casting times.
