摘　　要：Ｃ Ｄ／ Ｍ Ｄ 型电动葫芦设计、生产３０ 多年的实践证明，产品设计质量综合指标不高，满足不了用户日益扩大的使用要求。通过对５ ｔ 、１０ ｔ 电动葫芦基型的设计，再通过改型设计和改变滑轮组倍率，得到多个起重量、起升速度、工作级别等主参数。提出了电动葫芦换代设计的理论依据。esign and manufacture of CD/MD type electric hoist have been in existance for over 30 years,but the composite index for designed product quality can not satisfy the growing requirements from clients.The basic and variant model design of 5t and 10t CD/MD type electric hoists and change to reeving of pulley block in this paper have expanded some main parameters such as lifting capacity,lifting speed and group classification,which can serve as a theory basis for the innovative design of electric hoist.
