摘　　要：目的通过与传统手工魏氏法比较,探讨ESR-30型全自动动态血沉分析仪的临床应用价值。方法抽取高、中、低三组血沉值各10份标本进行重复性试验,采用两法测定180例患者血沉,以国际血液学标准化委员会推荐的魏氏法为标准,评价全自动血沉分析仪的准确性。结果重复性:1例CV为9.1%,其余29例CV均小于5%。准确性:ESR值在2～100mm/h的各组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但ESR值>100mm/h时的两法测定值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血沉仪法数值与魏氏法之间呈显著正相关(r=0.75)。结论 ESR-30型全自动动态血沉分析仪具有良好的重复性,准确性较高,检测迅速,结果与魏氏法结果无差异,值得临床推广使用。但对于ESR>100mm/h时建议用魏氏法复查。Objective To compare with the traditional westergren method and evaluate the clinical application of the ESR-30 Automatic ESR Analyzer.Methods Extraction of high,medium and low ESR values of three repeated tests were carried out 10 copies of checks to do ESR,180 patients were detected using two methods,to evaluate the accuracy of the automatic ESR analyzer according to standardized by the westergren method which was recommended by International Committee for Standardizationin Hematology（ICSH）.Results Repeatability：Except for 1 case（CV 9.1%）,the remaining 29 cases were less than 5% CV.Accuracy：ESR value（2 ～ 100） mm /h in each group showed no significant,but ESR values100mm /h group difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The results of positive correlation was outstanding（r=0.75） between the ESR-30 automatic ESR analyzer and the westergren method.Conclusion ESR-30 Automatic ESR Analyzer has a good repeatability,high accuracy,fast detection and the result is no difference with westergren method,and hence it was worth being spread to the clinical application.But,if ESR 100 mm /h,it was suggested being reviewed by westergren method.
