摘  要:为了探讨低温吸胀对不同扁蓿豆发芽特性的影响,采取4℃低温吸胀和室温吸胀对比的方法,测定5种不同扁蓿豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及浸出液相对电导率。结果表明:低温吸胀下扁蓿豆种子的发芽率明显降低。其中,青藏扁蓿豆和盐池扁蓿豆的种子发芽率高且有较高的活力,吉林扁蓿豆种子的发芽率、活力指数明显降低。经过低温吸胀后各品系种子浸出液相对电导率升高。其中,青藏扁蓿豆、盐池扁蓿豆变化明显。通过比较表明,青藏扁蓿豆和盐池扁蓿豆的抗寒性较强。In order to exploring the effect of Imbibition in chilling stress on seed germination characteristics of the flat ruthenica of different strains,I measured different flat ruthenicas,germination rate,germination energy,germination index and vigor Index.The results showed that: under low-temperature imbibition ruthenica flat seed germination rate decreased significantly,including the Qinghai-Tibet and Yanchi flat flat ruthenica ruthenica high seed germination rate and a higher vitality,Jilin ruthenica flat rate of seedgermination,vigor index decreased significantly.After low-temperature strain after imbibition seed extract increased the relative conductivity,including the Qinghai-Tibet ruthenica flat,flat Yanchi ruthenica change significantly.Through comparing with five kinds of Melilotus ruthenicus showed Melilotoides ruthenica L.)Sojak cv.Qingzang and Melilotoides ruthenica L.)Sojak cv.Yanchi have high cold resistense.
