摘 要:研究了适应于黄瓜和土壤样品中多菌灵残留量测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品经丙酮/水=7/3(V/V)提取,在调节pH值的条件下,用乙酸乙酯萃取净化,反萃取后浓缩,高效液相色谱(DAD检测器测定),紫外检测波长280 nm。该方法的平均回收率为78.50%-90.01%,变异系数4.4%-7.5%,最低检出限为0.05 mg/kg。方法的精密度和准确度符合农药残留分析的要求。An HPLC technique was developed for determining residue of carbendazim in cucumber and soil in the present study.The samples were picked up with acetone/water=7/3(V/V) and purified with ethyl acetate.The aqueous solution was extracted by ethyl acetate in proper pH.After concentration,the target ingredient was separated by HPLC and detected by DAD detector at 280 nm.The average recovery of the method was from 78.50% to 90.01%,with the coefficient of variation ranging between 4.40% and 7.50%.The lowest limit of detection was 0.05 mg/kg.The precision and accuracy of this method might meet the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
