贵阳市南明区城市土地集约利用研究

摘　　要：选取贵阳市南明区2001-2008年6个评价指标进行评价,用客观赋值法计算权重,综合评分法计算综合得分。结果表明,2001-2008年间研究区城市土地利用集约水平综合得分由7.61上升到31.47;研究区土地集约利用在西南4个城市中属于中等水平。In this investigation,6 indexes from 2001 to 2008 were selected to evaluate the land intensive utility of Nanming District in Guiyang City.The weight was calculated by objective assignment method,and the composite scores were computed with comprehensive evaluation method.The longitudinal view showed that the composite scores of the urban land usage level increased from 7.61 to 31.47 during 2001~2008.The evidences demonstrated that the land intensive utility in the tested district ranked the moderate level among the four southwestern cities.
